Brewed with an isolated mixed cultured Kveik strain of yeasts from Norway, this clean fermenting yeast has a high temperature tolerance of up to 91 degrees. Allowed to free rise during primary fermentation with the first round of dry hops. Then a second round of dry hop to further exemplify its tropical qualities and characteristics. Silky slick, clean and magical tropical citrus notes shine through and through.
