Vices is an export stout that was brewed with the addition of coffee from Agro Roasters and aged with oak chips soaked in Evan Williams bourbon.
Faux Bruin is a 15% blend of 3 year aged sour brown ale along with 85% new world kettle sour brown ale. The entire batch was conditioned on oak chips imparting flavours and aromas of toasted coconut, vanilla, and wood.
This low alcohol, dry, and effervescent table saison was dry-hopped with Ekuanot and Amarillo hops bringing flavours and aromas of lemon, lime, papaya, and bright stone fruit.
Like the unpredictable dive of the east van crow, this Brown Porter will shock your senses with an explosive bomb of flavour. Hidden behind the slight upfront hop bitterness is a deep roasted malt character with hints of caramel, toffee, chocolate, and nuts. Your taste buds won’t be disappointed.
