Hereafter is a Belgian Golden Ale fermented with organic green an jou pears and white sage. This curious style interpretation offers a hint of tartness amongst the spicy sage aroma. The bright sweetness of pear is balanced by a pleasant sage earthiness, citric, lemony esters from the Belgian ale yeast, and tartness from a partial sour mash.
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Cigar City, Philly Taco is Belgian Brown brewed with rye and corn, dry hopped with Mosaic, Ahtanum, Columbus and packaged conditioned with Brettanomyces clausenii.
