Mosaic, Is another release in our Double IPA series that showcases the beauty of one single hop variey while utilizing the same recipe. This hop is one of our favorites here at Noble and is utilized in our Breakaway Pale Ale. This hop has ginormous flavors of mango, watermelon and juicy fruit. Look forward to more releases from this series.
We tried to make the best California IPA we could, and maybe we didn't make the best one in the state, but all we can say is, I Love It! This is a culmination of what we've learned (so far!) from making our single-hopped series; we utilized some of our favorite hops: Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, Centennial, Amarillo, Equinox, and couple others. Golden in color, medium in body with flavors reminiscent of Frankenberry, magnolia flowers, and ruby red grapefruit. The finish is dry and crisp.
This semi-annual brew is a classic example of a West Coast double or Imperial IPA utilizing Citra hops in pre and post fermentation
Citra is our first choice for our new Double IPA series that showcases our favorite hop varieties, one by one, with each consecutive release. This hop bursts with juicy layers of mango, lemongrass, and grapefruit. Look forward to many upcoming releases within this series of single hopped Double IPAs
An American-style Pale Ale is brewed in true California fashion. Pale golden in color with a hoppy bouquet of orange blossom, honeydew and grapefruit zest, this light to medium-bodied brew has a light, French bread-like character and finishes dry, with lingering notes of green tea and passionfruit.
