A graduate of our small-batch experimental program, Red, White & Hazy is an El Dorado hopped-up IPA that makes the most of our special hazy yeast. This strain brings out the juicy and fruity notes from our dry-hop process to produce a floral, citrusy character with a touch of melon flavor to round out the goodness.
Fancy a big, smooth-drinking imperial hazy? Cascade Fog will settle into your rotation nicely. This beauty was born on our three-barrel pilot system, with Citra and Mosaic hops and a delicious, juicy yeast strain. The result is a super-tasty hazy that delivers notes of citrus and tropical fruit aromas, with a bit of sweetness and subtle hop. Gold Medal at the 2020 World Beer Awards!
Our big, bold shout-out to Spokane, this copper-colored ale is our most complex offering. Munich and Crystal malts lay down a supportive body, while Chinook and Cascade — our favorite Washington-grown hops — bring the citrus and piney flavors (plus Northern Brewer for a hint of mint). We dry-hop with Cascade and CTZ for bigger hop aromas that enhance an immensely satisfying IPA.
This hop-forward, golden-hued IPA starts with a light malt foundation, then we pile on the tropical fruit and bright citrus flavors with Citra, El Dorado, Belma and Azacca hops. As you might guess, this one’s big, juicy and fruity, nicely balanced with just a touch of mellow bitterness.
We set out to brew a complex, tasty monster of a stout that perfectly captures our no-boundaries approach. Wrecking Ball swings heavy with five types of dark-roasted malt for delicious coffee, chocolate and brown sugar notes. Two large hop additions bring that substantial maltiness back in check, delivering a big, beautifully balanced beast of a beer.
