Pairing up New Zealand's Motueka hop with Citra, we brought together their blend of melon, tropical, and stonefruits and added a dry hop of Columbus to bring those voluptuous flavors to the surface. Sweet on the first sip while finishing dry, this beer brings an understated elegance to the standard IPA.
We love the funky and refreshing flavors found in kombucha, and seek to combine them with their counterpoints in sour style ales. We created Dyad by taking the parts of kombucha that we loved (green tea, funky flavors, champagne-like dryness) and paired that with the hop and yeast characteristics of a sour ale!
