Let's start off stating this is not a North East Pilsner. Inspired by hop flavors pushed during conditioning and yeast esters of young lagers. Often beer can condition for 4-6 weeks in our horizontal conditioning tanks. They may not be for all when sampled earlier. Imagine standing around the tank sampling fermenting beer in all its glory.... you know on one of those brewery tours. Oh how the elders pour in with Washington beer passports in hand. Talking and reminiscing of brewers that actually made lager. Building the beer to be a fountain of youth it was treated to create a soft and rounded water profile. We feel this is everything we dreamed of but nothing you expect. This beer style is trending to be a splash hit, we feel tremendous and are ready to take on the world.

Softer than a cream cheese lobster roll with haze like clam chowdah, Wicked Hazy Bubblah is our take on a New England-style IPA. Flaked barley, flaked oats and flaked wheat help create a body softer than a Patriots deflated football. Then we double dry-hopped this beer with wicked silly amounts of Galaxy, Enigma and Topaz giving it over-the-top tropical fruit flavor and aroma.
Fresh Fluff is made by subbing out ALL of the hops in All Fluff with fresh versions of themselves, Fresh Citra in the whirlpool and Fresh Eldorado in the dry hop! Soft and fluffy with deep layers of melon, grass, citrus and tropical fruit, a smoothie beer at its freshest!
We put this beer together for our favorite Olympia watering hole! The Eastside has been dedicated to craft, micros for longer than most of us have been drinking beer...To this we crammed pounds and pounds of Mosaic, Citra and Centennial into a simple and crush-able malt bill with a quick dry finish.
