Our Red IPA has full-bodied flavor from ample Pale malts while specialty malts provide a deep ruby hue. El Dorado hops are used for their tropical fruit flavors. A light bodied IPA that goes down easy. We create a slight sweetness and bitterness by adding Cutie Oranges to the boil. Brewed mainly with Mandarina Bavaria hops from Germany that give off citrus flavors and aromas of tangerine and orange.

In honor of its 6th year Left Coast Brewery, Artifex Brewing and Pizza Port San Clemente have collaborated on the South County IPA using 6 of their favorite hops to commemorate the Brew Ha Ha’s 6th anniversary. This west coast style IPA with intense hop flavors and aromas. Brewed with premium two row pale malted barley and copious amounts of Mosaic, Nelson, Simcoe, Columbus, Centennial, and Cascade hops. This is a citrus bomb that has pine, orange, lemon and grapefruit aromas. With the addition of Mosaic and Nelson hops we achieve tropical fruit and gooseberry flavors. It finishes dry and crisp leaving you in hop euphoria.
