Soft carbonation and a beautiful red hued foam on a glowing red body is a good start. The aroma is dry and full of raspberry. The taste as the same nice dry raspberry with some cooked corn qualities from the brett and some dry pale malt underneath. The flavor has a herbal dryness maybe coriander in the finish.
