“Blue Light Rain” is an Unfiltered German Pilsner brewed in a traditional manner. Fermented cold and for an extended period of time, we used Callista hops to impart a noble, grape-like character. German Barke malt provides some body in this light and dry beer. Clocking in at 5.3%, it’s the perfect late summer beer as you walk and wonder why. Think bready, earthy, crispy with a hint of lemon.
Cheap Fabric and Dim Lighting is an Unfiltered, Double Dry Hopped Citra-focused IPA. When you're the master of your domain, selling beltless raincoats with Harry Fleming, and writing checks for $19.45, you can deliver into this hoppy ale and yell, Serenity Now! And remember, it's not a lie if you believe it. Think cold pressed clementine juice, strawberry gummy bears, and fruit punch.
We’re “beyond” excited about how this second batch came out. Bursting with notes of palisade peaches, mango froyo, and orange sorbet, we truly can’t wait to share this one with you.
Thick Strawberry Goo is a smoothie-style Berliner Weisse. Brewed with over 420 pounds of strawberry, raspberry, and passionfruit. Tart and jammy at 5.6%, the “Goo” brewed with a little bit of lactose, a dose of Madagascar vanilla beans, then dry-hopped with Motueka. Think strawberry jam, red sour patch kids, and tart cherries.
