Brewed with our homies @burialbrewing. Pours clear pure gold, with bright white foam. Mild noble hop aromas highlighted by delicate sweet malt notes and hints of fresh dough. Imagine an alpine slope covered in dried honeysuckle flowers on a warm Spring day + you’ve got a cold beer in your hand. A base of continental pilsner malt with a soft touch of kilned German malt. Fermented cold with South German lager yeast and conditioned until crisp and bright. Hopped with Mittlefruh and Saaz in the kettle and lightly dry-hopped with Tettnanger.
Pours hazy yellow, tropical and citrus aromas, taste of bubblegum, melon, pineapple. Light refreshing with crisp finish.
Brewed with our friends at Industrial Arts Brewing to showcase at their L.A.B. Fest May 18th. We like working with our friends - but sometimes we need to throw a lil ILL in their Wrench - if ya know what I mean? We mashed up our ILL DIPA recipe with IA’s industrial know how. Brewed with Pilsner malt plus all the oats and wheat they could gum up the works with. Fermented with a twisted blend of ale yeasts, and hopped with Citra and Mosaic.
Aromas of orange, grapefruit and pineapple. Citrus & tropical juice on the palate, soft mouthfeel with moderate bitterness. Brewed with English Optic malt and lots of malted oats and wheat. Fermented with American ale yeast and hopped with Mosaic, Centennial & Equinox. Pours hazy pale yellow.
