Color: Golden honey Smell: Caramel and rich roasted malts Taste: Incredibly smooth with a delicious toffee character and a light hop fruitiness Finish: Creamy and warming
India Pale Ale first made its name in the 19th century. Here's hoping our pioneering IPA can make its mark too. Its fervent hoppy character hails from the unique addition of large quantities of hops at three separate points during brewing. The result is a beer that's rounded yet refreshing, with delicate floral notes and oodles of zesty freshness.
Crisp Helles-style. Soft, aromatic hops and rich nuttiness from the oats

Its fervent hoppy character hails from the unique addition of large quantities of hops at three separate points during brewing. Colour Pale gold Smell Freshly mown grass, clean grapefruit and pine trees Taste Rich vanilla from the oak, with lots of zestness and a light bitterness from the hops Finish Full bodies, but still crisp and refreshing.
Our IPA is an explosion of aromas from Cascade, Centennial and Mandarina hops. Think orange, grapefruit and pine turned up to eleven. Its fully charged, hoppy character is perfectly balanced by a sweetness from the Munich malt.
All the vibrant hop flavour of a West Coast IPA, but a bit softer on the taste buds (and your head the next day) We’ve brewed it to be light, aromatic and moreish by adding ridiculous amounts of Citrus, Simcoe and Centennial hops late in the brew so that it’s packed with tropical grapefruit, berry and lemon zest character.
