Mango Pop! is our favorite to date of the pop! series of tart, fruity, creamsicle-inspired dessert berliner weisses. It pours an opaque yellow with a fruited acidity that is balanced deftly by a delicate ice cream sweetness from the milk sugar and vanilla. The beer never becomes cloying and each sip demands another.
Salty Nut Roll (imperial stout w/ peanuts, marshmallow, brown sugar & salt) is a nod to every brewer's favorite snack—the inimitable Salted Nut Roll
Telekinesis is a hoppy, tart, and smashable American wild ale fermented with a mixed culture of yeast and spontaneous microbes. Mosaic, Citra, and Falconer’s Flight hops contribute peachy, tropical hop character. Lightly toasted white oak spirals lend subtle tannin structure, while our no-boil process leaves a puckering hint of raw sourdough.
Golden sour beer fermented with aged hops and a mixed culture, aged in select oak barrels, and refermented with four pounds per gallon of peaches, raspberries, and apricots.
Dry hopped sour ale brewed with tart cherries.
We brewed this peanut butter and cherry jelly inspired imperial stout with our Brooklyn neighbors while at the same time we brewed a second version at their brewery with raspberries. Make sure to grab both.
We’re calling this beer a Young Bruin – a new American sour style splintering off from the Oud Bruins of East Flanders. The base beer is a supple medium-bodied brown ale showing caramel, dried fruit, and rich malt. Combining spontaneous wild microbes with a farmhouse primary yeast strain, we achieve a mouthwatering acidity and complex fermentation character. Blackberries are added directly to the fermenter for raw tart fruit flavor.
