This classic Northwest IPA is characterized by its BIG hop flavor. Chinook, Cascade, Willamette and Centennial hops are packed into the kettle to balance and compliment the Vienna and Munich malts that we use in the mash.
Our DAM Wild series utilizes a base sour blonde, fermented with only our proprietary strain of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus Buchneri. We infuse this sour blonde with a number of different ingredients sourced both locally and from around the world. Look for four bottled versions available seasonally, along with special releases and one offs on draft only throughout the year. Featuring both pear & ginger flavors!
