The deep black bourbon barrel aged crude we call Oil Man, is designed to take the edge off your post-powder day adrenaline high and cure cabin fever alike. Much like the sweet light crude oil from the eastern plains of Colorado, this beer pours a deep black with an unbelievable coffee-colored head. Aromatics of sweet malt and bourbon envelop the nose. The malt profile continues through the palate from beginning to end with subtle hints of chocolate, coffee, and of course, bourbon. A big beer for malt and bourbon lovers alike, Oil Man is one of our most sought after brews.
Springtime in the Rockies means one thing, a chance of anything! Snow, wind, sun, rain, warm, cold and everything in between are possible. It’s unsettled, unpredictable, and exciting – just like our Signal de Botrange. Made in the tradition of the farmhouse beers of the Wallonia region of Belgium it is eclectic, funky and a true original. Signal, is aged for twelve months in Napa Valley Chardonnay barrels, giving it flavor and aroma notes of Chardonnay wine, oak, acidity, and subtle floral hops. The mouthfeel is light, refreshing, and dry with a medium to light body.
