Honoring the tradition of the West-Coast IPA, this beer has the bright aroma of orange blossoms and hints of pine needles. A brisk but smooth bitterness is balanced by a sturdy malt frame, enabling the delicate fruity character of the hops to shine through.
Yearling is Eagle Rock’s take on a Flanders Red sour ale that sees the inside of wine barrels for a year to develop it’s tartness and oaky flavors. Brewed in celebration of the anniversary of Eagle Rock Brewery.
Stimulus is a 7% Belgian Amber made with Intelligentsia Coffee. The idea was to make a coffee beer that wasn’t black in color, and did more than just accentuate a “roasty” flavor. The coffees produced by Intelligentsia are so nuanced and flavorful that we wanted to accentuate those flavors and find complementary components we could draw on in the beer.
