This milk stout, also know as sweet or cream stout, is black in color and brewed with cara, chocolate and roasted barley. Presenting a dominate malt sweetness with notes of chocolate, caramel and a hint of roast in the aroma and on the palate. Our interpretation of this Southern-Belgian farmhouse ale employs a long-grain bill and the addition of freshly-ground black pepper to the Brew Kettle. We use the versatile Ardennes yeast from Belgium, adding notes of bubblegum, banana and cloves to this Saison’s sturdy malt backbone.
This traditional Belgian-style wheat ale is brewed with the addition of freshly-ground coriander and Curacao orange peel. Citrus and floral aromas outshine the hops and dominate the nose of this dry and quaffable beer, while the use of raw wheat adds cloudiness and enhances its mouthfeel.
