No. 1 - A blend of 15% Riesling and 15% Viognier from Mer Soleil Vineyard in Santa Lucia Highlands with 70% pilsner malt. The beer is brewed with Summit hops that have been aged for 5 years and fermented with a blend of wine yeast.
Named after the coulter big cone pine tree is a well balanced I.P.A. It brings the style of I.P.A. back to its roots. Brewed with a hint of rye for head retention and a deeper malt character, this brew has the best of all worlds, great hop aroma, a strong body and deceiving strength.

With an inside connection to boutique roasted fair trade beans we were granted the opportunity to make this exceptional brew even better.

This beer is named after the the falls at the end of Holy Jim trail in the Trabuco Canyon near the brewery. The refreshing flavor and hoppy aroma of this crisp, clean Extra Pale Ale will certainly be enhanced when standing in the cool waters of the falls when you reach the end of the trail. Throw a couple of these in your bag for the hike and enjoy it to the sound of running water.
