Our house pilsner is named after our location in Historic Downtown Long Grove. This golden lager has a rich bready flavors with slight notes of hoppiness. It's a great session beer for watching Cubs, Bears and Hawks games.
Named after George Quentin for his role in building the Long Grove Creamery and the ensuing Great Chicago Milk War. This chocolate milk stout is full bodied and laced with cacao nibs to give an extra dark chocolate bite.
Mike wanted to create a true sessionable beer that was hoppy, but balanced for summer drinkability. This American Pale Ale is the perfect accompaniment to your yard work and with its lower alcohol content, you won’t get too silly around your friends.
This beer is named for the water connection fee imposed during our build out. It’s a lot of $$, but better than running a brewery on well water. Each batch made is slightly different because we let two yeast strains battle it out for most malt consumed.
Saisons originated in the Wallonia region of southern Belgium during the 19th century. Meaning ‘season’ in French, Saisons were typically brewed during winter months, and stored until summer months when they were given to farm workers as a form of hydration when water wasn’t suitable for drinking. Mike’s Saison is true to nature, but brewed all year long.
