Mosaic (also known as HBC 369 and Daughter of Simcoe) is the latest hop variety from Select Botanicals and Hop Breeding Company in Washington. The wide range of fruity and floral characteristics have made this hop very popular since its release in 2012. Many describe Mosaic as having a distinct blueberry flavor in addition to mango, apricot, and pineapple. The beer was brewed as a double india pale lager. The lager yeast creates a delicate mouthfeel to help accentuate the flavors of Mosaic.
