Brewed with 100% NY State ingredients from New York Craft Malt and Upstate Hops, this beer highlights the great ingredients available in our home state. Unfiltered with a pale straw color, there are notes of honey and graham cracker on the nose. Flavors of graham cracker, minerals, and NY terroir are accompanied by a soft, dry finish.
Brewed with a generous amount of Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial hops, the aroma is full of tropical fruit notes. Pouring a hazy golden yellow, mouthfeel is extremely soft with aromas of mango, papaya, and berries. Flavors of juicy grapefruit, orange, and melon with minimal hop bitterness on the finish.
