A beer brewed for the calm before the storm. MIGRATION ALE has a cracker-like malt character decorated with notes of stone fruit and flowers. Rose hips are added to the boil, lending a light herbal bouquet on the nose. This floral addition complements the hops balancing out the German malt sweetness. MIGRATION is perfect for when spring is in bloom, or when you just need reminding of spring.
The incredibly difficult to brew Bavarian Helles lager. It is a test of patience to brew this beer. 2 months it sat in the tank and lagered. A style of beer invented in Munich by the Spaten brewery in 1895. Aromas of clean, cracker like pilsner malt. Every so subtle floral/spicy hop aroma. Bready pilsner malt flavor that is clean and slightly sweet, and a soft hop bitterness. Crisp, clean, dry traditional lager character that pours pale straw with a creamy white head and is brilliantly clear or stupid bright! Some will argue that it is the “Perfect Beer”.
Biscuit like malt character with lots of juicy hops. Generously hopped throughout the boil, and dry hopped twice for extra depth of hop aroma. Pineapple, citrus, melon, and just a hint of pine. Pours gold with a thick white head.
Balancing chewy malts and herbal hops, an Extra Special Bitter is a British beer style that's ironically low in bitterness & all about drinkability. We infused our version w/ Earl Grey Tea to add spicy and floral notes. A perfect choice for when you can't decide between a cup o' tea or a pint o' bitter.
Subtle spicy yeast notes are accompanied by the sweetness of Belgian Pilsen malt and candi sugar. Bubble gum and clove permeate the soft aroma coming off a silky white tuft of foam.
Our flagship year-round release WINDVANE stands strong through all types of weather and is a great fit for all seasons. Pouring a deep brilliant red, this is your go-to beer. If you want something hoppy, you definitely have it. American hops give WINDVANE a swift bitterness with piney, citrus and resinous flavors. If you want something with strong malt shoulders, you have that too. Roast malt layers add complexity and keeps the beer dry to showcase the hops.
