Kon-Tiki is an IPA that we hop heavily with Australian Enigma and Vic Secret Hops. We get big notes of juicy raspberry, pinot gris juice, and overripe melon. Pilsen, wheat, and a touch of caramel malt lend a solid backbone with a very soft finish.
Anodyne is an American IPA featuring a simple grain bill of 2-row malted barley and a large dose of malted wheat. Amarillo, Citra, and Simcoe hops provide loads of hop derived citrus flavors and aromas. The malted wheat gives the hops just enough of a base to stand on without being overbearing.
Patina Pale is our flagship hop forward pale ale. We start with a blend of base malts in the mash tun, then add copious amounts of American hops in the kettle followed by even more in the form of dry hopping. The result is a very citrusy, slightly piney ale with a crisp malt background and just enough bitterness to balance it all out.

Half Light is a saison brewed with 100% Maine ingredients and fermented with a blend of traditional saison yeast and brettanomyces. Cascade hops from The Hop Yard in Gorham Maine provide a fresh layer of pear flavor alongside a very wheat heavy grain bill. A fruity funk develops quickly in the bottle to add even more complexity. Enjoy fresh or with some age(1-2yrs).
The Light & The Glass is a dry hopped imperial amber with an aroma highlighted by grapefruit, peach, and mango, leading into a caramel, toasted grain and dark fruit malt base. A medium body and semi sweet finish balance out the heavy handed dry hopping while still maintaining high drink-ability despite the ABV.
