Established in 1988, Seven Hills Winery is proud to be among the founding estates of Walla Walla Valley. As pioneers who first championed the region, our heritage is built on longstanding relationships with the most renowned growers in the Northwest and a deep knowledge of the land.
This wine is drawn from the oldest blocks of one of the most historic, esteemed vineyards on Red Mountain. A compelling blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, it showcases the muscular, brooding elegance of the appellation. The wine has a rich and expressive nose, displaying black fruits and tobacco leaf with hints of dust and desert herb. The palate is full and opulent, with substantial firm, ripe tannins well integrated and sufficiently balanced with rich flavors of blackberry, licorice, forest floor and creamy oak.
