Ellenbach Vineyard is just 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean and 6 miles south of Mendocino County on steeply sloped Goldridge soils. The vineyard blocks run from 700–900 feet elevation, just out of reach from the fog. Brilliant medium-dark crimson to black-cherry redin color. Delicate and complex, rich caramelized bread crust aromas with hues of coastal cherry fruit and pomegranate. Lively, medium weight mouthfeel with well defined tannins and a medium-long clean and savory finish with some smoke and char on the back end. Decant and enjoy now through 2025.
