Small open top stainless steel fermented, the cap was punched down two times per day by hand. The wine was transferred to American oad barrles to complete fermentation. A beautiful inky garnet colored wine in the glass which delivers aromas of black cherries, raspberries, black berries and spice box with a touch of vanill and clove. Offering a mouthfull of juicy fruit flavors that are complemented by superb balance and a long smooth finish.
