Grapes come from three different vineyards with dominance of Titon area (cool climate at 1050 feet above sea level), with a very low production per vine. Very bright colour; elegant nose with black pepper and floral notes. Full bodied, well balanced with very soft tannins, spicy and nice fruit character.
