Garnet color with slight orange reflections; the bouquet is characteristic of the Brunate cru, spicy with mentholated or balsamic notes (incense, sage leaves, licorice, beeswax), ethereal, intense and appealing; on the palate, it is dry, sturdy and full, austere yet velvety, with ‘sweet' tannins and great balance. Pairs best with structured, rich dishes such as red meat or game.
