The "4 V" cuvées originated with the brothers' desire to reveal the potential of their terroirs and to observe, understand, and experiment with their individual and unique characteristics. The combination of four elements- one Vineyard, one Variety, one Vintage, and one overriding method of vinification (Vision)- allows for a true, precise reflection within the larger, magnificent mosaic of terroirs that define Champagne. 2013 was the first vintage for the Pinot Noir in the Huré brothers' "4 V" champagne series.
La Perthe is a fairly late-ripening terroir that gives forth distinguished and aérien (ethereal) wines.
