Limuni, the South Limoncello is made from an alcoholic lemon peels untreated, matured under the warm sun of Calabria. Lemons, from farms located near the Distillery Gruner, are processed the same day of collection. To get the infusion of Limuni is used only the most aromatic of the fruit that is the yellow part of the rind (epicarp) infused in neutral alcohol.
