A Bronze Medal Winner in the 2020 Great American Beer Festival®, Pure Pils is a crisp, dry and refreshing German-style Pilsner with a smooth, clean finish. Its clean malt character comes from traditional decoction mashing with all-natural, 100% imported German Pilsner malt, while its spicy noble hop aroma and assertive but delicate bitterness come from all-natural, 100% imported Bavarian-grown Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. Pure Pils is naturally carbonated during six weeks of cold lagering with pure lager yeast from Andechs, a Bavarian monastery brewery.
