The Enigma Hop Down is our same Hop Down recipe with an addition of Enigma hops at the same rate as the Citra, El Dorado and Amarillo. The nose is filled with white wine grape esters and hints of citrus and pine. A little more perceived bitterness due to the high alpha acids in Enigma, 18.5%!!
