This Brewer’s favorite recipe has been refined over the past 8 years to showcase American and Australian hops.
The addition of oats adds a smooth mouthfeel and body to balance the bitterness.
It pours an unfiltered gold with a dense rocky off-white head. The nose smells of melon, lemon, and grapefruit, rounded out by a hint of pine and tropical fruit.
The taste follows suit, finishing clean and dry. Double dry hopped!
