Tivoli Brutiful IPA

We have a rich brewing heritage but we also pride ourselves in being early adopters of new techniques. By combining classic beers with cutting edge technique, we’ve made a unique brew that stands apart from the trend. In your hand is our Brutiful IPA, a brew developed through close collaboration with our partners at MSU Denver. We’ve created this clean, dry IPA by using traditional Ale malt and yeast strains, and we took it a step further by lagering it. The result is this bright, effervescent champagne inspired IPA that is a prime example of the Tivoli way of always pressing on.
