Back in the Day IPA is an old school American IPA using the classic 4 “C’s” hops. Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus. These hops are known for their citrusy notes and were once the backbone of American IPA’s. We also use a nice, simple malts to let the hops shine through.
