On brew day, the very thirsty caterpillar had a piece of chocolate cake, a slice of swiss cheese, slice of salami, lollipop, slice of cherry pie, a sausage, a cupcake, and a slice of watermelon! Greedy son of a...and as if that weren't enough for him, we gave him a heaping dose of fruit to back sweeten the butterfly out of him! This beer was finished with one part apple, two parts pear, three parts plum, four parts strawberry, and five parts orange... A whimsical and nostalgic beer and the brain child of our very own, Mr. Russel Tinsley, this sour is a pulpy, sweet, tart, and magical beer.
