Each season we brew this wheat ale with real Vermont maple syrup. The ale is light golden color just like real maple syrup. This has a light maple flavor with a mildly sweet body. Pale, wheat and carapils malts are used with Tettnanger and Cascade hops and pure Vermont Maple Syrup.
