Brewed with a carfeully crafted malt bill comprised of seven different varieites of malted barley, this robust dark ale has a silky mouthfeel with notes of roasted malt, dark cacao and coffee. The addition of 400 pounds of in-house hand-toast- ed coconut lend a delightful and distinct tropical aroma that carries into the flavor. Cascade hops are used to temper the sweetness and lend a spicy yet subdued complexity.
