Seven Stills Kolsch

A clean and crisp, balanced beer that showcases Perle as a single aroma and flavor hop. The 15 minute and 30-minute addition adds bitterness and spice as well as a touch of mintiness in the finish. Finally, you’re greeted with a white grape ester that lingers after your sip. You’ll find this beer more bitter than our Slo Flo Pilsner. That’s because our Kolsch yeast is a high attenuator! The bitterness delicately lingers into the finish and is balanced by the carbonation and pilsner malt. This beer drinks fast and easy and is perfect for the dog days of summer.
