Produced at NOM1414 in Arandas from the very best single estate weber blue agave grown in the beautiful highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Traditionally produced under the guidance of our Master Distiller Sergio Cruz, cooking in brick ovens, milling and fermenting with champagne yeast before double distillation in Alembic copper pot stills. We distill to 49% ABV and proof to 40% ABV with well water from the estate resulting in a sweet, rich, floral agave forward tequila great for sipping and perfect for cocktails.
