We cold-brew free-trade, single-origin Arabica coffee beans grown at the Finca El Paternal Estate in Huehuetenango, Guatemala that is proudly sourced & lightly roasted through Portland Roasting Company. The concentrated brew is then blended with premium silver rum and a trace amount of Demerara sugar in a memorable marriage of flavors, giving our Hue-Hue a natural, deep, smooth richness. This is not a liqueur; cold brew coffee is bold with very little acidity, therefore requiring no masking agents such as sugary syrups. HueHue is great for sipping or for adding to a variety of drink recipes. This is a favorite among bartenders and baristas alike.
"Expressive opening notes of low octane alcohol immediately leading to creamy, semi-sweet chocolate and low acidity coffee beans. The rum lingers on the sides of the palate with shy vanilla notes and essences of demarara sugar."
