Timber Ridge Gin is a small batch, column distilled, International-style gin. A juniper body is balanced with notes of bright citrus and complimentary spicy undertones achieved through maceration during distillation. The delicate floral notes layered throughout the profile are extracted through botanical basket distillation. The juniper in this gin is sourced locally from juniper bushes around Fort Collins, adding to the amazing balance of all 8 different botanicals that makes for the perfect concoction of everything amazing about gin.
