Tuthilltown Spirits "Half Moon" Orchard Gin is an innovative spirit produced quite differently than a traditional gin. Instead of flavoring a neutral spirit with a wide array of botanicals, the distillery chose to limit the botanical bill and focus on the base spirit instead. By producing the spirit from New York wheat and apples, then carefully selecting botanicals to compliment and enhance the base, Tuthilltown has created a distinctive gin which adds depth and character to both classic and modern cocktails.
