At Ryan & Wood, Inc. we begin the process of creating "knockabout" gin by combining Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Orange Peel, and Licorice root, stalwarts of many gin recipes. Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cassia and Lemon Peel are added. The gin is distilled in small batches using our custom built copper pot still.
