A blend of Bartlett and Bosc pears, crushed whole and fermented on the skins. Minimally distilled twice to retain the fresh pear aromas. Surprisingly dry with a long toasted oak finish. Enjoy neat in a brandy snifter or on the rocks. As much fun to smell as it is to taste. Aged 2 years in charred American oak 50 and 15 gal barrels, minimal filtration, and no sugar. 100% Pears.
