Merlet C2 is a new line of liqueurs blending cognac (the first C) and citron/citrus (the second C) for a style of liqueur intended for more robust flavor than a neutral grain alcohol immersion could provide. The cognac is a VSOP, meaning it will have aged in oak for a few prior to the infusion with both lemon and lime zest; this will introduce a touch of oak to the liqueur.
