Ocean Hill Apple Brandy is not your Grandpa’s brandy. It is a non chill filtered apple brandy distilled and bottled in Brooklyn, NY. The apples are grown and harvested in the Hudson Valley. Then they get pressed at a partner cider mill in long island. The juice is then fermented into a hard apple cider with a proprietary blend of yeast. After the yeast settles and the perfect ABV is reached it gets double distilled on our nano still. Extremely conservative hearts cuts are made and then Ocean Hill is racked and aged in second use malt barrels for a distinct flavor profile.
