Hine Domaines Bonneuil Cognac

Hine is launching a new innovative vintage Cognac from the house’s vineyards. The grapes originate from one of their vineyards in the Grande Champagne area near the village Bonneuil (hence the name of the Cognac!). It’s a single estate vintage cognac from the year 2005, coming from the finest growing region and consisting of the Ugni Blanc grape variety only. Cognac Domaines Hine Bonneuil 2005 will officially be revealed next week, on September 18, before the ‘La Part des Anges’ dinner.
