Mezcal Meteoro is made from 100% agave espadîn, which plays a fundamental part in the characteristics of the final product. Our agave hearts are cooked in an earthen pit for over a week. They are then crushed with a round stone, drawn by a mule on a “tahona.” Our mezcal is naturally fermented and double distilled for rich character.
