Colour: A shimmering tapestry of brunneous ochre and copper.
Nose: Tangy Seville oranges laced with honeycomb, sandalwood and vanilla are followed by caramelised apricots, rose hip syrup and Ogen melon.
Taste: Moist fruitcake, spicy Matusalem oloroso sherry, orange rind and black maraschino cherries are replaced by toffee, ginger spice, chocolate mousse and Marsala.
